The DesktopSync plugin for Outlook lets you sync calendars, contacts, tasks and notes with Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010. ActiveSync protocol is used to sync email, calendars, contacts and tasks with Outlook 2013.

Teamspaces and Guest Users

Office 365 lets you create Teamspaces that are workspaces not tied to individual users. Teamspaces are perfect for projects, departments, groups, clients and vendors to share information and schedules. Employees can access Teamspaces to which they belong by a simple drop-down access method. Guest users (outside users) can login directly to Teamspaces and see only the information that is part of the Teamspaces to which they belong. Unless explicitly shared with a Teamspace by an Administrator, no company files will be visible to guest users. Teamspaces support a wide variety of business processes.

Can I use my domain to send and receive emails through OfficeDesktop?

Absolutely. OfficeDesktop is an integrated collaboration solution that includes business email. This is part of the service offered through the OfficeDesktop Collaboration Suite. Our team of email specialists will walk you through email setup and provide as much training as you need.

Is Cloud Drive Included in OfficeDesktop?

Yes. Think of OfficeDesktop as combining Cloud Drive and Exchange. Cloud Drive is designed for users who already have an email solution and don’t want to switch to OfficeDesktop. Many start first with just Cloud Drive and later add business email. If you think you might add business email later, we recommend that you sign for an OfficeDesktop account.

Isn’t Google Apps a better solution for me?
